Description:
The rotary cultivator is a multi-purpose equipment with an overall through-axle design, high operating efficiency and perfect working quality. 1. Reinforced shaft tube with high-strength blade design: The blades are arranged in a spiral shape around the rotor, so that the blades gradually enter the soil, thereby reducing power consumption, greatly reducing blade wear, and achieving better soil crushing effect.
2. The rotary cultivator is equipped with a gear side transmission gearbox to ensure continuous transmission without power loss. The side gearbox is lubricated with oil bath, which greatly reduces wear and power loss; making the operating load lower and the operating efficiency higher.
3. The double-layer reinforced frame ensures overall stability during high-load operations; the reinforced frame can also make the transmission of the gearbox and side box more stable.
4. The transmission shaft is equipped with a clutch hub as standard, which can automatically cut off the power input when the load is overloaded during operation to prevent damage to the equipment
5. The waterproof seal adopts a double-layer seal design. The outer seal isolates the water, mud and other debris in the soil from entering the bearing seat, and the inner seal protects the gear oil inside the gear box well, ensuring that the knife shaft bearing is completely isolated from mud, water and dust. It can even operate in the water in the rice field.
